Town of Antrim–Board of Selectmen
Meeting Minute March 7, 2016

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Selectman Gordon Webber in the Little Town Hall.
Members Present: Michael Genest, John Robertson, Gordon Webber
Staff present: Donna Hanson (Town Administrator)
Agenda Items:
- Mr. Robertson moved to approve the Board of Selectmen (BOS) minutes of February 29, 2016; Mr. Genest seconded. Passed 3/0 Mr. Robertson moved to approve the Board of Selectmen Non-Public minutes of February 29, 2016. Mr. Robertson seconded Passed 3/0
- Reviewed Warrant Article #3 with Water & Sewer Commissioners. Mr. Webber will speak on article and the commissioners will answer questions.
- Reviewed Warrant Article #9 with Conservation Commissioner Peter Beblowski. Mr. Beblowski asked the board to withdraw the article because he has been looking at property that would be suited for open space. The BOS said they would consider withdrawing the article but they would like to see a more active committee looking for land and reporting to the CIP committee with requests in the future.
- Reviewed Warrant Articles with moderator Arthur Merrill.
Other Business:
- Mr. Genest moved to have the town attorney edit and make recommendations on when to send the letter written by the BOS to the Site Evaluation Committee (SEC). The letter addresses the inaccuracies that they felt were made by Charlie Levesque’s comments at the SEC hearing on February 22, 2016. Mr. Robertson seconded. Passed 3/0.
- Ms. Hanson informed the board that she will pursue the information on reverse 911 that was received today. There is no cost to the town for this program.
- Mr. Genest gave an overview of the Planning Board meeting he attended. The Planning Board would like to have a joint meeting with the BOS to discuss the Economic Revitalization Zone (ERZ) for the downtown area.
- The next scheduled BOS meetings are March 14 and March 28, 2016
- Mr. Robertson moved to go into non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II (a) Public employee (b) hiring. Mr. Webber seconded. Passed 3/0
- Mr. Robertson moved to come out of non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 (a) Public employee. Mr. Genest seconded. Passed 3/0
- Mr. Genest moved to seal the non-public meeting minutes, Mr. Robertson seconded. Passed 3/0.
- After no further business Mr. Webber moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Robertson. Passed 3/0
